The Membership Year runs from July 1st to June 30th.

Note: If you join before May 1, your membership will expire on July 1. If you join in May or June, your membership will be extended to the end of the following year.

Cost: $40/year (for 2020/2021 only, $25/year) + $1.50 online payment fee (only if you pay online).

  • 10 great monthly meetings from September to June
  • e-mail notification of each new issue of the Guild’s newsletter, “The Pieceful Times” (9 issues per year)
  • one free guest pass valid for any meeting from September to June
  • access to our library of quilting books, DVDs, and magazines
  • preferential rate on workshops: for all levels and areas of interest, excellent instructors, affordable fees
  • enter your quilts in our biennial Quilt Show

We have an online application form. We would prefer you to fill out our online form, but you can print the paper form, fill it in, and mail it with your payment to the address on the form, or bring it to the next Guild meeting

Payment choices:

1. Online using PayPal during the application process or later by logging in to your account on the OVQG website using your email and password.

2.  Bank e-transfer or Interac transfer.  Send it to: membership@ottawavalleyquiltersguild.org.  Please SUBTRACT THE ONLINE FEE of $1.50 from the membership fee listed on the website.  Write the word “Membership” in the transfer comments section.  A password is not required for these transfers.

3. Cheque.  Please SUBTRACT THE ONLINE FEE of $1.50 from the membership fee listed on the website.  Make the cheque out to OVQG.  Mail your cheque to this address.

4. Cash. In-person only. Print the paper form or get one at the membership table at the monthly Guild meetings.

Please note that you will not become an active member with access to the members-only pages of our website until your payment has been received in full.
