Description: Join Janet Barker of Calgary for a day of hexing...

Not your grandmother's hexies! In Harry Potter's world, a hex is stronger than a jinx but not as dangerous as a curse. In the quilting world, working with this six-sided shape can bring on both jinxes and curses (ask me how I know this). You will create your patches using just a standard quilting ruler with 30 and 60 degree markings on it. We'll build all three centres shown below and select one for completion in class.
