NEW PRICE! $55 FOR MEMBERS.
This workshop offers students the skills to create a unique birch tree of their own. The first step is to create a background which can be a pieced background in a graduation of blues as shown on the pattern, or a solid fabric. You can choose any colour option you want for the background. The next step is to piece the trees from a selection of black and white prints. Then insert the trees into the quilt in an easy method demonstrated in class and clearly shown in the pattern. The final step is the quilting. Many options will be given for quilting which are outlined in the pattern, and samples will be available to study.
The final size is approximately 54” X 54”. Students are asked to have their fabric cut before class and if they wish, the background can be pieced ahead of the class.
